Difficulties we see

Who we see

Neurodevelopmental and neurological disorders

Our specialist clinicians provide assessment and support for children, young people, adults, and older adults experiencing a wide range of neurodevelopmental and neurological conditions.

Types of therapy

One-to-One Therapy

One-to-one therapy aims to support you in exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a containing and confidential space. It is not about judgment, but about helping you gain understanding, develop strategies, and make meaningful changes in your life.

Our private therapists are trained to support individuals, couples and families. Many of our therapists are trained in a number of different therapies and presentations and often use a “formulation-driven” approach. This is where we utilise a combination of therapies that we believe will best suit your needs.

Couple’s Counselling

Couples counselling aims to support couples in improving their communication and making meaningful changes to their relationship. It is not about blaming one person or the other, but finding a joint understanding which helps you move forward together.

Family Therapy

Family therapy aims to support families in improving their communication and making positive changes to their relationships. It is not about blaming individuals, but about building understanding and working together to move forward as a family.
